Hi all. I just found out after going to the local water works today (couldn't find anything online) that my pH level is 9.7. Isn't this really high? What kind of fish can I put in a 20 gallon high at that high of pH? My hardness is 157 PPM. Thanks!

I work @ UPS and unfortunately, this is true. I am a pre-delivery guy that puts the boxes on the trucks. Thankfully, I am not guilty of this but have seen my co-workers do this and DO get yelled at by supervisors.

For cycling, what is the best brand (bottle) to go with for bacteria? Should I do the fish food method? I got some with the 20 gallon tank I got? Advice please!

I like my LFS but I think I may go with 'The Wet Spot' now. Any bad reviews on them? They will be shipping to Des Moines, Iowa, where it is extremely cold. Do they insulate the box well or is it just in a cardboard box? Thanks guys.
