I just checked the Tap PH, never thought to do that before. IT's between 6.6 and 6.8. I retested the tank water, it's a tad better today, but it's still closer to 6.0 than anything else. I was thinking I should do another small water change, like 10-15%? I used Marcyn II to treat the pop eye...

The short explanation: After medicating my tank for other fish that were sick, my PH changed and is now too low, my nitrates are a little high and the tetra's have bad fin tail rot with missing and broken fins and it seems one has scales missing near his dorsal fin. What do we do? we did a 25%...
