my brother has 2 meekis and 1 ellioti (was mine i foolishly gave it to him) in one of his tanks, he has no issues with them at all might help that they all grew up together from a small size. Jim

well after re organising my tanks im now looking for some possible tank mates for my salvini he is in a 160Litre tank (100x40x40) was thinking of rainbow cichlids ormaybe a convict, any other suggestions appreciated Jim

will go bigger yes but at the moment there is pleanty of space for them, was told the pike looked like a zingu II but after alot of looking and research i think ots only a Crenicichla Gaucho so that will ony get to 6" like the Salvini Jim

cheers for the comments he is in a 160 litre tank (100cm x 40cm x 50cm) and his tank mates currently are a pike cichlid, 4 silver dollars and a pictus catfish Jim

got myself a new friend today a Salvini Cichlid, liked them for a long time now and when i saw it in the shop i couldnt say no Jim

the tank is 2.5 foot and been as they are both only 3" tops thought it would be alright for now. planning on getting a bigger tank for them as soon as money allows hopefully within 2 months unless a bargain appears sooner Jim

had my 2 pike cichlids (Crenicichla sp. xingu II) now for a week but the slightly larger 1 literally keeps the other penned in a small corner of the tank where he hides behind the heater, there are pleanty of hiding places for them both and the tank is not to well lit. is there anyway of...

slight re work on the Tank with my Pikes Cichlids in and this is my Comunity tank, mainly gourami with a couple of catfish and sharks Jim
