I have a 40 breeder with Swords, Kribs, Corys and small Albino Pleco. All fish mature, no new fish, everyone healthy., tanks been running a few years. Recently noticed many small white dots(?) on driftwood, other decorations and glass. Wondering what the white dots might be??

A LFS (an hour away) will be purchasing some Mbuna Cichlids from me that are 3-4 inches long. Do oxygen tablets added to transport bags help? Or, will 30% water in a large bag in a cooler with only 1-2 fish each will do the trick? Thoughts....
