One more question, since it's his top fin and it seemed overgrown from the beginning, can I perform some kind of surgery myself ie scissors to remove the tumor/just cut off part of the fin?? ;) I was thinking at least the bottom part of the fin that is so heavy.

Hello! My guppy has a weird growth on his top fin. It's bumpy, looks heavy and the fin seems to be clumped together. Anybody knows what this is and what I can do? Otherwise everything else seems normal. Thanks
