I did dechlorinate the tank, and I have an air stone that has been doing well for a long while now. I treated the water with a Ph neutralizer that also detoxifices ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite.

I have a 10gal planted tank. I have 3 small danios, 3 guppies, and 2 swordtails. I did about a 40% water change on Sunday and since then two of the three danios have started swimming on top of the water with little movement until I feed them. They are normally very active. The other fish...
