cheers for the replys, the kids were very upset, ive had him since my oldest was born and she is 7 1/2 now. dont laugh, but chav (his name) will be missed, its just a shame he had to live in a different tank due to being a ciclid. my last ciclid that lived for about 6 years wasnt as territoral...

it is his time i belive, but he is suffering badly, i left him all day thinking he might die peacfully but he is still here. if i leave him, he will still be here tomorrow night i know he will, dont wanna leave him suffering
