I do water changes but my water never seems to get ger clean, I have a filter meant for a 19 gallon and wash it out in aquariam watwr fequently but i cant get debris out of my tank, the paraneters are not the best right now because some of my plants are dyinn so i think i need to take those out

That mucous had been there for at least a year what fo you think it is, her vision has gone down alot, she is about 3.5 years old now

There is also that white thing on her head where she lost a scale idk what that is
