Just topped up my tank due to evaporation and when taking the plastic cover off noticed some very tiny bacteria looking things on the lid ?  Is this normal and what are they ?   Quick picture of my tank after a few months   

Have you cleaned or checked you filter again at all since your last post to see if its logged up again ? Shame to hear of the fish flicking again,they are not happy with the water by the sounds of it. I mean your last post on dec 13 sorry . sixteenth even lol

I am no expert but I don't think they will always pair up and breed,also if you just leave the fry in th tank if you have other larger fish too.they will eat most the fry.

How did you get on Plec?

Yesterday I noticed both the male and female Ram in my tank changed their colour to a real dark shade in the black areas and really orange at the front. Why would this be ??
