I am using Glosso in my 24G with around 3wpg for light and Co2 and I am seeing it grow by the day it is spreading very very well.

The sting on the end of his tail looks as if there the cover has not been removed... Explained: sometimes they put a cover on its sting during transport etc but it should be removed... yours looks like it has it on still.
