My tank is 29 gallons .

so i have a community tank and my platty had babies , unfortunately they were all eaten . I wanted to know if any one had recommendations for plants that are easy to care for but can give them cover . This is what my tank looks like now

So in cycling my tank , im on day 23. I added a little seachem flourish to the tank yesterday (which could be irrelevant ) but today i look at the tank and it has a growth that wasnt there yesterday. Now im new to this but not sure if its normal or not. I tried getting the best pictures i could...

Here is a zoomed in picture if it helps i picked up the rock and the entire plant broke apart so, but i still have the other two. I will go get a new one tomorrow
