I recently bought a Glo T5 HO lighting fixture for my 28g freshwater. I bought it locally, but when I looked it up online (after bringing it home), I noticed that you could buy it in either a single or double bulb unit. I'm not sure if they had the double lbulb light fixture at the pet store...

How many gallons is the explorer? What were you planning on keeping? You may be able to get a nice deal if you check your local paper... That's were I look for tanks, and there's quite often some pretty nifty stuff (for way cheaper than you'd find anywhere else!)

I would like to set up a 55 gallon (or something similar) cichlid tank. I've never kept cichlids before, and I'm still researching them. I would like to keep some species from Lake Malawi; I especially like electric yellow labs, Johanni, Kenyi, and Demason's cichlids. I have no clue if these...
