So I just realised I haven't made proper provisions for my fish as i'm going on hokiday for two weeks this weekend. Its a bit too late to buy an automatic feeder as they have to be shipped and apparently they get clogged and stuff....unless uou buy the £50 and over ones which I can't afford...
no they dont bother the neons and i've had them for about six months now. Very interesting fish, full of themselves actually cause they hardly ever pay attention to the other fish....unless its feeding time....then they come alive :')

Tiger barbs go splendidly with most other barbs and tetras, do not under any circumstances put it with slow moving or shy fish as these Will be picked on. Tigers are also very inquisitive so don't put them with very territorial fish as this may lead to quarrels in my experience
don't really know when and if the spawn, just separate them, drop the water temp to about 18 degrees celcius. They can survive up to about 5 degrees celcius. Wait and hope for the best :-P
