My water quality is good but not perfect. General hardness and Carbonate hardness are both a bit off. But PH, nitrites, nitrates, and temperature are good.

My Female beta fish is suffering loss of color, appetite, and little movement. Pine-coning of the scales. Also has a hard time staying afloat possibly swim bladder problem. I originally diagnosed her with dropsy, so I treated the with amoxicillin and aquarium salts as directed. That did not work...
