I bought one a couple of weeks ago and have to say I am impressed with it!!For that price!!Although mine said it wouldn't come with filter media -I went out and bought a load-it did came with all the media-sponge,ceramic balls etc and carbon!!I would wait till it arrives to see if it does come...

Its not a branded one(saving up for a fx5) which will do for now just to get that extra filtration!!Thanks for all the quick responses!!! Think I will go with the combination of sponge and bio balls-I've got the juwel filter with the sponges running alongside !!

Just got a new external filter-but doesn;t come with filter media!! Have been trying to research what Type I should put in there!!I really don;t know which one to go for -sponges or ceremic balls!! :unsure: Any ideas-greatly appreciated!!
