sorry should have been clearer. should I pull the black molly out and put only females in the tank? will that stop the problems. I'm concerned because the black molly annoys the female as well. Got it! Thanks.

So don't nix the male black molly? He pecks at the female red as well, who because of stress is no longer red - more of an orange.
