hmmmm.... I just got back to my tank and all 3 clown loaches are missing again .... :S

sounds familiar.. yesterday morning before I left for work - all 3 of my clown loaches had disappeared completely,. they were still missing when I went to bed. This morning however when I got up.. 2 of them had returned. However the 3rd is still missing. the only other fish I have are neons...
