Thanks for the help guys but he unfortunately died this morning, all the other fish seem to do fine but I'll still get a testing kit just in case, but it seems the tank is cycled.  

My sunset guppy is getting really bloated in the stomach area, is now not moving and can't move to get food and is now hiding in plant. It has no gravid spot and sorry I couldn't get a good picture but here it is:   edit:  now i fed the fish and they all went up except the bloated guppy, now 10...
