:o long post. most i've spent on fish is a dwarf gourami (flame) $9.50 AUS..good quality stuff :)

Currently i have 5 neons and a male dwarf gourami (flame). Can i get another breed of the gourami such as a powder blue dwarf gourami to go with him? will they still wander around the fish tank in pairs and cross breed?

I have a UG filter and an internal box filter with those fish, 2 bunches of plants and a few rocks. i might go to my lfs and get some plastic plants for the gourami.

If i feed them to flakes, the neons eat them as fast as they touch the water, but the dwarf gourami just hide behind the box filter >_< i think that the dwarf gourami will eat when i am not there. though, i only have 2 bunches of plants and a few rocks to hold the plants down. if i add more...

One of my Dwarf Flame gourami had his/her upper head turn to a dark blue! I just noticed that last night! He also looked like he was going to die :sad: but he didnt. He looks fine today but he/she still has blue colour on his/her head. here is a blurry pic of he/she but the blue on his/her head...
