100 litre tank 2 filters tropical setup (heated to 26 degrees c) all other fish happy and healthy! :-)

Hi all, I have had my 3 spotted gourami for about a year now, and the other morning when I looked into the tank, he/she looked like this: I'm pretty sure that kink in its back wasnt there before... can anyone shed any light on whats happened? Thanks!!
