My Aquariums & Fish: I love guppies I have a 35 gallonl fish tank. I also have 10 gallon breading tank which I only use to put birthing femals and their babies till they are big enough for the larger tank. I let my guppies breed and mingle as they like(I don't realy care for selective breading. when the guppies have lived a good and happy life or just are plain ugly they are sacrifised to my boyfriends catfish tanks a 55,and 35 gal. He also has a gar and creyfish whom ejoy them very much, and is thinking of setting a tunnel and buble system in one for african frogs im sure they would like them very much as well , I don't think its mean or cruel I love my fish I like watching them grow and their colors change I just think like every Hearder you know when its time to send the sheep to the slaughter house to feed the masses.
