the mineral salts add the GH & KH but your point of no O2 in the water could make sense but why aren't my old fish dying but the new 1s are ? as stated in my first post PH 7-7.5 GH 4 KH 5 so thats alright and i need to use RO water cause my tap water is way to hard

i used safe start for the cycle the RO water gets the salts added so its on a ph of 7-7.5 did the tests: ammonia 0.0 mg/l nitrit <0.1 mg/l nitrate 0.0 mg/l the strange thing is the 3 angels and the neon are doing fine why do the new fish keep dying on me ?
