hi its now 3 days later the temp dial on the juwel 200w is turned as far to the minus as possible but my 2 thermometers still read 30 degrees i think i should get a new heater ?

hi everyone just got a secondhand jewelvision 180 set it up on monday going through the first stages think im doing ok but i cant get the temp down it is running on 32c at the moment.it came with a juwel 200w heater i have fiddled with the blue and green controll on top but temp still wont come...
