I dont fully understand what "cycleing" the tank is - so probably not :S No i havent tested the water either. How do you do this? Actually thinking about it the lighting hasnt come yet so we only have a filter @ da mo. The filter is an "Elite Mini Underwater Filter system" Thats the only info...
