Morning, Took out black sponge out of filter, heater is set to 28 and seperate thermometer confirms this this, added green white spot medicine, and added air pump. They seem more active and healthier this morning, with less white spot. BUT. found one guppy dead, so that is 2 in tow days...

why is it you need to remove filter?

Dont know if it is connected , however some of our fish seem to have white spot. This morning found one platy dead, the white mollies look a little tired and dont look to good. Waiting to get new tank then seperating the gold fish asap, i know it probably has nothing to do with that but...

In regards to heaters, any one got any advice, it will need to be consistent and would probably have to go on the back OR have two smaller ones on the sides, is there any under gravel heaters ????

I would probably make it 2.5metre and 60cm high. i could put loads of things, i like the idea of rays.
