    Noisy Air Pumps

    could someone please tell me why my air pumps are so noisy. they are both new and 'silent'. one is in a cupboard the other is on a stone hearth. any suggestions would be appreciated thank you

    i have 3 new guppies. they are beautiful and shimmer in the water. could someone tell me how i can tell what gender they are. we have platys giving birth quite often. some advice please
