had a custom made tank made 96 x 30 x 30 inches. how shall I filter it and what should I stock? advice gratefully received

okay, I have a pair of convicts, 2 pearl guoramis, my "Severum", 2 x geophagus brazil, 1x rainbow fish , 1 x plec and 2 x jurupari. okay, will test twice daily and keep an eye on levels. patience is a true virtue, that sadly I am lacking in. The stuff I got was stored in the fridge at my LFS...

I only :drool: have 2 of them in the tank, and I do a 25% water change once a week

prima twice a day as advised by my LFS thay are currently 3 1/2 inches

Please can you advise me? I have 2 very healthy Juruapri, but since I have had them in September, they have not grown at all - please advise. they are on their own in a 260 litre fluval tank
