    On the menu today is stuffed red bell peppers. Stuffed with 1.5 lbs ground beef, diced onions, diced bell peppers, rice, diced tomatoes and lots of spices. So good.

    How do you people make meatballs? Do you just bake in oven or do you cook on stove in sauce? I would think just baking would dry them out. Asking for a friend :lol:

    Or perhaps you can receive olympics via using an antenna… that’s how I watch the games I gave up cable about 12 years ago. I have saved enough to buy a good used car… about $22,000. Between streaming channels via roku and antenna channels, I don’t miss cable at all.

    Yes panko is coarser denser crumbs. It has very low sodium added which is another reason I like it compared to regular canned bread crumbs. My meatloaf does not come out soggy but has just the right density.

    For my meatloaf, I use one and a half lb of 85% ground beef. I add 1 cup of panko bread crumbs and one cup of milk and one egg. Then add spices such as a bit of salt and pepper, oregano and basil. I add a 1/4 cup of ketchup too. I also add chopped up large onion. Panko is hailed by...

    Well the BIG GAME is on Sunday at 6:30 ET and I need to load up on energy. I will be making a meatloaf made with ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onions and lots of spices. I’ll make mashed potatoes as a side and maybe broccoli. I will have apple pie and ice cream for dessert. GO PATS!
