😲 How’s your electric bill?

How do you people make meatballs? Do you just bake in oven or do you cook on stove in sauce? I would think just baking would dry them out. Asking for a friend :lol:

Yes panko is coarser denser crumbs. It has very low sodium added which is another reason I like it compared to regular canned bread crumbs. My meatloaf does not come out soggy but has just the right density.

Well the BIG GAME is on Sunday at 6:30 ET and I need to load up on energy. I will be making a meatloaf made with ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onions and lots of spices. I’ll make mashed potatoes as a side and maybe broccoli. I will have apple pie and ice cream for dessert. GO PATS!

The coldest days of the winter will be Saturday and Sunday. Daytime highs in mid teens...nightime lows 3 degrees F. With the predicted 30mph winds, the windchill will be way below zero. And we're going to get a few inches of snow on saturday. Brrrrrrrr
