I wanted to get into breeding oddballs. Any recomendations of easier to breed oddballs though?

I believe that the white tips are due to fin regrowth but are the fin clearish or colored in? Because new fin stays clear for about a month

If you do want to let him have some babies, you could always bring the ones you cant care for to your local fish store. Most lfs's always take juvinile fish and put them up for adoption for good forever home!

Thats really good advice Colin! May i just add that i looked at the pygmy corys and i feel that the flame dwarf gourami would fit that tank very well? I always loved the dwarf gouramis but the flame gourami just caught my eye and has never let go.

Hello Gilbert! I am very sorry that you are experiencing problems with your Betta fish right now. With what can see I believe that would be fin/tail rot. You can buy treatments for that at Walmart or a local fish store. If you have any more problems, just post again!
