i dont think 27*C is too warm for the fishies but maybe your zebra is sitting to the surface because it wants to relax just kidding I don't really know why your zebra sitting close to the surface :dunno:

i never heard of dwarf gouramis but i tell u neon tetras does not really need an extrnal filter :nod:

:D sure you can try! and see the babies might be a mix of two different colors! that's so cool! and yeah like it was said before get 1 male and 2 females because sometimes males are too attentive and can worn out a female by chasing her!!! good luck! ;)
