hi today we did a partial water change and used a pump to clean the gravel we filled the tank back up as normal and went out we have come home and the water is very cloudy and green! help? what do we do? and why is it like this

hi its a fluval pump.we have a siver shark 5" and 2 parrot fish and a plec and also 2 barbs. we do a 25% water change every week i clean everything in the water from the tank then fill back up with mixed cold and hot water
