ive heard some people said they will wash the sand with RO water before they put into the new tank. is it any differance? Also some people will add sand first and add water afterwards. wot do u think?

but the anemone need a at least 6months mature tank to keep it, is it safe to move all the live stock together, just like that ? do i need to drip acclimatise all the corals and fishs? what about calcium, magnesium and alk level?
