hi there i put my two blue gourami fish in the breeding tank since my female has a very pronounced belly... but its been 5 days since and now the male is starting to get very aggressive.. but there are no eggs... shall i remove the female?

Hi there i just wanted to know if the tiger barb female would mate with a new partner... becoz the old mating partner dies so just wondering if it will work... they arent showing any signs as yet where as last time they quickly paired up
