doesnt colombo flora base give off ammonia for a couple of weeks? it will also lower your ph to 6.5. if so you would have to hold out a while before adding fish and be careful as to which species you add.

most tropical fish will tolerate temperatures of 30c for a sustained period, in fact the most commonly used method to treat ich is to raise the temp this high for 10 to 14 days. as long as the temp is not rapidly fluctuating i would not worry about it too much.
