Thanks. That's what I feared. Do I add the medication directly to the water while he is still in the tank? Or do I need to take him out for it?

So, today I noticed that Mr. Bubbles' tail is like shredding apart. And I witnessed a little piece of it fall off too. :( So, what is it and what can I do? He seems fine, is hungry as ever, his color is great. I feel helpless.

I honestly have no idea. I'm really sorry. However, my Mr. Bubbles was like that for a while, but I just changed his water and now he seems to be fine. It was sad seeing him, because he was trying to swim down so hard, he just wasn't going anywhere. :(
