This was my first attempt at an aquarium photo shoot. Not exactly the easiest subjects to photograph. I threw out many shots. But when I finally got something half-decent, it was very rewarding.
I have a 75 gallon (semi) planted tank. I am currently using a hood with 2 full length 40 watt fluorescent bulbs.
After looking at everybody's great tank photos, I am now wondering if the tank is too bright.
Does anyone have good recommendations on bulb wattage and temperature?
I have a Red Eye Tetra with a pink/red lesion on its side with what looks like a white protrusion. (Looks like a bone sticking out of the top). Fish also has "puffy" lips. However, behavior is good. I'm not exactly sure what this is or how to fix the problem. Any help or recommendation is...
