Ive got an apple snail in with one of my betta blue, and he's only in about 20ltr rests on his shell. Weird fish.

My dividers are about an inch and a bit above the waterline which is as much as the hood would let me. If you can't make them higher, take some of the water out.

I was wondering if it was fin rot but because its from the base up I was a little unsure. I have some melafix for my boys so will dose the community tank too. I wouldn't say the other female was steel blue, she doesn't really have any blue in her. She has this like metallic sheen all over with...

i think that's just because she's swimming, i'm more curious about the holes at the base of the fin.

Rory and the fish with no name (Dennis) have had a case of fin rot, so the tank has been medicated, only problem with having devided tank if one gets ill there's a change the rest will, luckly, Blue isn't showing and hasn't shown an signs of fin rot. Which is good, because it's taken long...

Noticed the fin on one of my females today, and i really don't think it's a bit of tail nipping from the other fish because it looks like this: ZOOME AND ENHANCE: Ideas? (also Name the colour of the female.)

Well it looks like the two new additions came with a case of fin rot. Going to treat them tomorrow when i have chance to get out and get some meds. I'll post some pictures of before and after so you can see the damage.
