So we got a new tank....the yellow guppy is in his new tank and loving life. He keeps playing with the current from the filter like he’s at a water park on holiday Although now that means we don’t have a quarantine tank for the new fish we will be getting to help reintroduce the yellow one

So we think the tank is sorted. We removed the spray arm from the filter and it was clogged with algae. I’m not sure why the test kit was reading so good if there was algae in the spray arm, although that’s the only place it was. I wonder if it was getting cloudy because of the lack of action...

Thanks. Yes they seem much more inquisitive and bold now. It is taking a bit of getting to used to them coming up against my hand/arm when I’m cleaning the tank

Yes I think it is Maidenhead Aquatics. I’ll follow the advice about a quarantine tank and try reintroduce him. If that doesn’t work I’ll ask

The guppies came from Dobbies - just because it where we were at the time. The rest came from our local pets at home.
