Sorry to hear mate, there is one last try you can do. Get some Hexamita made by esha, I can vouch for this stuff personaly. Have the meds finished the course, if so, do a 50% water change, and try a little bit of live brineshripm/bloodworm then treat with hexamita. Good luck Paul

To treat a 6x 2x2 will be expensive, so i would isolate him with the same perameter water with the temp turned up a little, but treat with octozin first and see how he goes :hey:

thats what we are here for, to help each other :good: There is also another discus/cichlid med. Its called Hexamita made by esha, a supurb med if all else fails(allways got that in my cupboard as well)

Hey there, sorry to hear about your discus buddy. Octozin is one of the meds you should allways have in as a discus keeper. I treat my discus twice a year with it as a matter of course, so I would treat your discus with it. It can be used WITH interpet no9 at the same time if really needed...

I had angels in first, and they were no trouble to my discus. The Angel/Discus debait is years old any many beleive they should be kept apart for the reasons mentioned prev, but at the end of the day, every fish is different and what works for one, may not work for some. But I have had the two...
