Has anyone used this soil before? what did you think of it?
Am going to use the dinosaur dung fertiliser, injected CO2 through liquid and flourish liquid ferts. I am going to be using LEDS lights? Would this be enough/necessary? or too much? Not sure which plants yet but i am going definetly...

2 festivums
5 congo tetras
4 german blue rams
3 whiptail catfish
Would this be considered fully stocked?? do i have any room left?

I prefer to only use carbon when I have finished healing a sick fish and put it in the filter to get rid of any chemicals left over.
The banana leaves have done fine, tannined the water nicely. Have just added some dead magnolia leaves so will see how they go in the morning. Will post the results.
Mine used to sit inside a terracotta pot and I fed him frozen blood worms that came in block form. I just held it in front of the pot and he ripped the worms off and ate them.
I am wanting to fill some of the bottom of my aquarium with leaves because the laetacara curviceps i recently bought live in the leafy substrate in the wild. Would I be able to use dead gum tree leaves?
