Ok, thanks for the great advice from everyone, I will keep doing daily water changes until the levels get to the numbers you mentioned. And I'll keep you posted on how the levels drop until the tank is fully cycled. Thanks again. :)
Ok, and yes I have a small bottle of water conditioner, but it's for my betta's tank, and says "betta water conditioner" on the label, is it safe to use? Or is there a conditioner special to tropical fish?
Ok, I will get a test kit, and tell you what the ammonia and nitrite levels are, and will also do water changes like you said, but I'm not sure in how to dechlorinate the water, any tips on what to do?
