I found one tank that had a two year ‘seal’ warranty. That’s more alarming than reassuring!

Will do. I know there are pros and cons of wild caught v farmed fish. To me, farmed fish aren’t the same fish. It’s obvious that some farmers are downsizing fish to appeal to more keepers. For the record I think the wild Betta Splendens is awesome. No oversized fins to prevent free swimming!

I am wondering whether the quality of aquariums is all the same. I don’t mean glass v acrylic or standard v rimless. Are any manufacturers better than others or are aquariums of the same dimensions the same quality? Obviously, I’m happy to pay more if quality is an issue.
