I had been doing the cycle for some time before I joined. Cycle was done and I added fish. Everything is pefect I am not adding more live rock. My levels are stable and have been staying that way and my fish are happy.
I am starting the cycle on a 55g tank I will add more live rock to that...
There was a layer of muck traping the bubbles. However I didnt do anything and it was all gone in the morning. My friend thought it might be stress free enzyme from the bag when I bought the fish. Dunno either way its gone.

I have a question. I have 2 clownfish in another one of my salt water tanks. The levels on everything are damn near perfect and I feed them on on normal schedule. Is it normal for groups of bubbles to be forming at the top of my tank? Also the larger of my percula clowns is what I think is...

I noticed after about the 5th day my tank has been running im getting a salt deposit on my light cover at the top of the tank. The lid is all wet and driping back into tha tank.
Is this normal? will I have to clean my light off daily or does it not matter?
