Wanted a fast grower, as lot of my plants are pretty low and nothing reaches the top or has filled out.

Water levels have been great for a week so I added my old tank stock over to the new tank, 6 cards and 6 Harliquens. 1 week later I did a eater change 30%, did a small gravel clean and filter swish. Few days later tested the water and nitrates have dropped from 20 to 10. Other levels zero...

Lol. Is the plants looking ok. As the first one is hard to tell as leaves came that colour. Bottom one is purpling off in some leaves. Do they need trimming or replacing

I didn't say they spawned or even suggested they would. I'm saying the cardinels and Harliquens were bred by my local store in hard water, I don't know how or where. And are in my tank with out any issue

Harliquens, they are lovely, don't grow massive and stick close together, well in my tank they everywhere but I like them, they do few colours also so can do a nice mix. Again need larger numbers. No one has asked what your water is like such as hardness as some fish won't last long with hard...

Water test was liquid and undertaken but my local awautic centre who again say levels are zero with nitrate at 20 I've not added anything only the mollies and I'll leave it like that for next few days till I test again.

Fish in cycle is fine as ling as you change 50% water every other day, some prime media from a pet shop will sort that tank very quickly and build the bacteria from the off I've just done this on my new set up and it's sound as a pound.

After 3 days if full set up and ammonia added the levels are still zero with nitrate 20. I've added my Molly's into the tank and fed them, The levels are still showing zero in ammonia and nitrite I will monitor the tank over next week and if levels stay same I will add some cardinels and see...

Platys are a nice idea, Harliquens, cardinels etc you have few ideas.
