Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on in a while, I recently bought a few new fish, which consisted of one molly, one platy, and 2 small tiger barbs. I also have guppies, ghost shrimp, a mystery snail, and a betta in the tank. I have heard that tiger barbs are semi-aggresive. I have not observed...

I would say remove the bettas. I had one in my tank and rehomed him for this purpose.

The tank the female is currently in, I would keep the net in.

I would not recomend leaving the fry with a betta in the tank. If you want to do that, get a breeding nets or something.

Catfish is the culprit. I used to have a shark catfish who swallowed a neon tetra after releasing them into the tank after acclimation.

Feed them daily, and clean the net about 1 time every day or two days.

All 4 are well. They have gotten MUCH bigger that. When they were born. I am guessing that at this growth rate, the fry will be released into my 10g tank in early December/ late November.

I clean my box every two days. I feel bad for them cause the mother died the day after birth... :(
