How do I get rid of the cloudy water and brown alge? It just looks like there is a little agle on the bottom of the tank in the rocks. So What can I do or buy to get rid of both ... Other then water changes

It could be brown alge but I just set it up 2 days ago ! and the filter was FULL of the brown stuff when I looked at it today ... Are the tests all where they should be?? Thanks so much for your help
