I have a 65L tank and one of my 5 cardinal tetra has developed a white 'growth' on the side of its body?? Anybodu any idea what it could be and what I should do about it???

OK cheers for the input, think I have re assessed and come up with another list, Kuhli Loach x 3 Cardinal Tetra x 6 Endler x 3 African Dwarf Frog x 3 Glowlight Raspora x 4 And I was thinking, this seems to be quite a non aggressive tank so how would a couple of angel fish fit in??
