The topic explains it all. About an hour ago one of my guppies was on the gravel dead, her gravid spot was pretty dark and i read somewhere that you can gently cut her belly open to give the fry a chance and so thats what i did. now that i have the eggs, im not sure if this will actually work...

Alright so ive got two questions regarding sponge filters and any feedback is appreciated, First, is the sponge filter just as effective of put in under the gravel or in the middle of it? Second, will it work just as effectively if it was hooked up with an existing UGF network? ANY VIEWS?
