I do a water change every week, the ammonia is 0.1 and ive already lost the loache's and my temp is 84/29

I have a 200 litre tank Also i have left is a plec, 2 angels, 5 tetre's, 1 molly 2 gourami's and 2 albino sharks. ammonia -0.1 cl2 - 0.8 ph - 6.8 kh - 6.d gh - 8.d no2 - 0 no3 - 260 and im from the uk.
