i have the Juwel Rekord 80, which uses the same compact super filter as the rekord 60, i had the same problem with my leopard danios playing in the flow of water and getting over excited and jumping in. i solved the problem by cutting up a lid from a plastic container from our local take away...

i was lucky, i work in a pet shop, an we had about 1/3 of a bag of silver sand left, so i took that, and the amount left was just right for my tank, and i really wanted to change it, and i couldnt wait until wednesday for another bag. Ced

i have literally just changed my 80litre tank from gravel to sand about an hour ago, an i think it looks fantastic, just waiting for the water to clear now, but its gettin there. Iv decided to keep it simple, just sand, and a couple of pieces of bogwood with java fern on them. :D Ced
